Greenlight at the Wilkins Center

At the Wilkins Center we understand how difficult and frustrating weight loss and weight management is. We have established the Greenlight program to help you overcome the barriers and challenges associated with constant diet failures and achieve your weight goals.

Greenlight is a client-centered program emphasizing a scientifically based, cognitive-behavioral approach to weight management. Through individual and group sessions, you will understand and be able to practice the concepts needed to be a long-term weight controller. Six months after completing out Intensive Outpatient group, our average weight loss is 40 pounds.

Our program features:

• Weekly Group discussions
• Weekly Individual Sessions
• Nutrition Education Classes
• Culinary Education
• Grocery Shopping and Food Planning
• Activity Consultation
