Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, The Wilkins Center offers a comprehensive treatment team with coordinated medical, nutritional, and psychiatric services. Wilkins Center has provided unsurpassed expertise in the Connecticut and New York region for over 25 years, helping to change the lives of more than 7000 patients and their families.  Satellite services are available in Manhattan, Westchester and Fairfield locations.  In certain circumstances, in-home treatment is available.
